What do I need to pay for booking?

Only pay only 2% for booking and the remaining over a period of 10 years.

What is the enforceability and legality of the agreement?

The deed is confinable by a contract by the most well-known local company S.S. Lootah Group.

What will happen if I am to leave in between the contract?

The Deed can simply be transferred to another party with any settlement both parties agree on. The method is very simple and the name of the property holder will be transferred to anyone the owning party wishes to.

Where will the labour’s residential be?

Dubai Industrial City offers a labour village and as well as multiple spaces dedicated for the labour quarters.

Am I paying the charges of Dubai Land to DIC?

No, that amount will be covered by S.S. Lootah.

What if I require more than 60,000 Sq. Ft.?

In this case, we will offer another plot of 60,000 Sq. Ft. Also, you can own multiple plots.
